BOXSCORE LED LLC — Brielle, New Jersey. Last updated September 5, 2026.

BOXSCORE is a WiFi LED scoreboard. The app exists to control a scoreboard you already own. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no advertising.

What the app collects

• Your board's pairing code and board ID. The six-character code printed on the card in your box. It is stored on your phone (in the iOS Keychain) and sent to our server so we know which board to talk to.
• The teams you choose. So your board knows what to display.
• Notes you send to your board, including the text, the signature and the colour you pick.

What the app does NOT collect

• No name, email address, phone number or postal address.
• No location data.
• No contacts, photos, camera or microphone access.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers.
• No third-party SDKs of any kind. The app talks only to our own server.

How long it is kept

A note is held on the server only until your board confirms it has displayed it, then it is deleted from the queue. Your team list stays until you change it. You can clear notes and disconnect your board from inside the app at any time.

Who else sees it

Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented or shared. It is not used for advertising. Scores come from ESPN's public API; no information about you is sent to them.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
